# Dependencies
Install the following Dependencies
## Steps
1. Install Python 3.11 for Windows.
1. Select ‘customize installation’, then check the box to install py launcher for all users\
2. Under advanced options, again check the ‘Install Python 3.11 for all users, but also the ’‘Add Python to environment variables’ option\
.
2. Install PyAV and Pillow with pip.
1. Open a Command Prompt and enter the following to install the package:
```
pip install av Pillow
```
3. Install Exiftool
1. Download the program via [this link](https://exiftool.org/)
2. Unpack and place the executable in the following location:\
`"C:\horus\exiftool"`
3. Rename the executable from ‘exiftool(-k).exe’ to ‘exiftool.exe’\
\
Verify that the file extensions are shown to avoid a duplicate ".exe" in the name.\
This setting is usually found under the 'View' tab in the file explorer.\
4. Add the Exiftool file location to the Path variable by performing the following steps:
1. Open a Command Prompt via Windows Search
2. Enter the following command. \
`set path=
